Associate Partner - Legal - LLB/LLM

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various categories of commercial contracts

- Handle both domestic and cross-border transactions across industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, and IT

- Conduct corporate due diligence and prepare detailed due diligence reports for investor companies

- Identify legal and compliance risks and provide practical recommendations

- Support business teams with legal documentation and contract management

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for transaction closure and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation

- Exposure to corporate transactions and due diligence processes

- Knowledge of commercial and corporate laws

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- LLB / LLM or equivalent legal qualification

- Experience working with law firms, consulting firms, or corporate legal teams preferred
