The team regularly represents clients before Indian courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions. - Conduct extensive legal research and case analysis to support litigation and arbitration matters. - Attend court and arbitration hearings, assisting senior lawyers in case strategy and preparation. - Work on commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters. - Handle procedural filings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities. - Coordinate with clients, senior counsels, and external stakeholders for case management. - Support the team in enforcement of judgments, appeals, and post-judgment matters.
