Associate Director - Legal Counsel
Job Description:
- Must have experience of working with large multinationals or big conglomerates.
- Must have experience of working with large multinationals or big conglomerates.
- Strong expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and transactional matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, licensing, NDAs, SLAs, and partnership agreements.
- Provide practical legal advice on contract interpretation, risk allocation, and dispute mitigation.
- Lead or support legal aspects of strategic transactions and deals.
- Support in negotiations of multi billion dollar deals and transactions.
- Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across business operations.
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including entity management, corporate governance, and internal policies.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Support implementation of compliance programs and internal controls.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Sound judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
