Job Title: Director - CQ & Training - Operational Excellence & Transformation

Location: India (Bangalore / Mumbai / GCC setups)

Experience: 15-25 Years

Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Operational Excellence leader with deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, business transformation, and digital innovation to drive enterprise-wide process optimization and cost efficiency across global capability centres (GCCs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transformation & Strategy:

- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Shared Services

- Drive IT carve-outs, divestments, and global transitions

- Build and execute operational excellence roadmaps aligned to business goals

2. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement:

- Deploy Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Master Black Belt level)

- Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements

- Deliver sustainable cost savings, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement

3. Digital & Automation:

- Drive automation initiatives using RPA (UI Path, Automation Anywhere), ML, and analytics

- Implement digital dashboards using Power BI / Tableau

- Leverage AI/ML for reconciliation, forecasting, and process optimization

4. Financial & Operational Impact:

- Deliver cost optimization across functions (PTP, OTC, RTR)

- Build KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks

- Improve working capital, vendor payments, and process cycle times

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with C-suite stakeholders and global leadership

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across regions (Europe, India, etc.)

- Lead governance for transformation programs

6. Leadership & Capability Building:

- Mentor Lean Six Sigma practitioners

- Drive training and certification programs

- Build high-performance and continuous improvement culture

Key Requirements:

- 15-24 years experience in Operational Excellence / Transformation

- Strong exposure to GCC/Shared Services environment

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt (mandatory)

- Experience in Finance Transformation, IT transformation, or carve-outs

- Strong exposure to automation, analytics, and digital tools

- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency gains

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Investment Banking / BFSI / Consulting / GCC setups

- Knowledge of ESG, Change Management, and Design Thinking

- Exposure to APQC, McKinsey Lean Transformation, or similar frameworks
