About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to partner closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) in driving the people agenda for a leading multi-unit manufacturing organization. This is a strategic leadership role with significant exposure to business, people, compliance, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the CPO to drive HR strategy and organizational excellence.

- Lead end-to-end HR across manufacturing units, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.

- Oversee statutory compliance, labour laws, industrial relations, and HR governance.

- Drive workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and capability building.

- Provide strategic HR leadership for a large, geographically dispersed workforce across multiple locations.

- Leverage HR analytics, technology, AI tools, and automation to improve business outcomes.

- Collaborate with business leaders and travel across manufacturing locations as required.

Requirements:

- 1518 years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing industry.

- Experience managing HR for large pool of employees across multiple locations.

- Strong expertise in labour laws, compliance, industrial relations, and HR operations.

- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HR metrics, and dashboards.

- Tech-savvy, agile, and comfortable leading HR transformation initiatives.

- Candidates from engineering background or strong technical exposure in manufacturing preferred.

- Travel across manufacturing units as required.
