Ardee Industries - Project Head

Job Summary:

The Project Head will be responsible for the complete planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to lead smelting, refining, recycling, or downstream processing. This includes managing greenfield or brownfield plant setups, technology upgrades, environmental compliance, and infrastructure expansions. The role requires deep technical knowledge of the lead industry and strong project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all phases of projects in the lead industry - from concept, feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

- Prepare and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards specific to lead handling and processing (e.g., lead dust exposure control, emissions).

- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for permits and compliance (e.g., PCB, MoEF, CPCB/SPCB).

- Supervise engineering design, equipment selection (e.g., furnaces, kettles, filters), and contractor performance.

- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (Primavera/MS Project).

- Conduct risk management and contingency planning.

- Ensure proper integration of pollution control systems and lead recovery units.

- Coordinate closely with procurement, supply chain, and production teams for timely resource availability.

- Build and manage cross-functional project teams and provide technical leadership.

- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with vendors, EPC partners, consultants, and internal leadership.
