Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for D2C and B2C audiences.

- Develop campaign strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization to maximize ROI and ROAS.

- Analyze KPIs, prepare campaign performance reports, and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in Facebook Ads.

- Proven track record of managing D2C/B2C campaigns and delivering measurable results.

- Hands-on experience with campaign analytics, optimization, and reporting.

- Strong knowledge of ad targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
