Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, administration, or coordination roles. - Strong skills in operations management, scheduling, coordination, and execution. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. - A high accountability mindset with ownership of tasks from start to finish. - Proficiency with tools such as MS Office / Google Workspace, project management tools, scheduling tools, etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working directly with C-level or senior leadership. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Experience in a startup, fast-paced, or multi-stakeholder environment

Description: Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for D2C and B2C audiences. - Develop campaign strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization to maximize ROI and ROAS. - Analyze KPIs, prepare campaign performance reports, and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging. - Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in Facebook Ads. - Proven track record of managing D2C/B2C campaigns and delivering measurable results. - Hands-on experience with campaign analytics, optimization, and reporting. - Strong knowledge of ad targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
