Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Key Responsibilities 1. Record-to-Report (R2R) & Controllership - Manage end-to-end R2R processes including journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and month-end & year-end closures. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and client policies. - Drive accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting. 2. Client Interaction & Advisory - Directly interact with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders of US-based clients. - Provide insights, clarifications, and financial recommendations as required. - Serve as the key point of contact for finance-related client queries. 3. Technical & Analytical Excellence - Leverage Advanced Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and process automation. - Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency in accounting operations. - Maintain meticulous attention to detail while handling large volumes of financial data. 4. Independent Delivery & Ownership - Operate as a hands-on controller managing full-spectrum finance & accounting activities. - Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and ensure high-quality, error-free outputs. - Work independently across multiple client accounts and global finance operations. Required Skills & Competencies - Strong experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) and end-to-end accounting. - Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions. - Expertise in Advanced Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and analysis. - Ability to work independently with ownership and precision. - Experience handling US-based clients is preferred. Preferred Background - Experience working with Non-Profit Organizations providing full-spectrum finance & accounting solutions. - Familiarity with global finance operations and international accounting standards.

Senior Vice President - Finance & Accounting 

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze primary and secondary business processes within Workday to identify opportunities for process improvements. - Work with various datasets in Workday to ensure accurate and effective HR data management. - Conduct analysis related to upstream and downstream integrations. - Collaborate with IT and HR teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements. - Distribute HR data effectively across relevant systems and stakeholders. - Assist in creating and maintaining functional documentation, process flows, and reports. - Provide support during Workday upgrades, patches, and new module implementations. - Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system and API-related issues in a timely manner. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training support to end-users. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of API management and integration processes. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and tools such as Postman or Fiddler. - Proficiency in troubleshooting API issues. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education: - Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. - Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, or Reporting) are a plus. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Workday Business Analyst or similar role. - Hands-on experience working with Workday HR modules and data management

Workday Business Analyst 

Description: Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities Solution Design & Implementation - Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product, including defining key milestones and high-level architecture. - Drive HRSD solutioning by designing and delivering a modern, best-in-class HRSD product. - Advise business and technical teams on ServiceNow best practices for HRSD design, configuration, and deployment. - Lead enhancement phases to implement advanced ServiceNow HRSD features and capabilities. Process & Functional Leadership - Establish and validate user journeys; create user stories supporting the design and configuration of: a. Employee Service Portal b. Knowledge Management c. Case Management - Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities for HRSD implementations. - Identify requirement gaps and technical debt using HRSD expertise and recommend mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with functional and technical stakeholders during requirements gathering, sprint planning, and design sessions. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure HR services align with organizational needs. Technical Leadership - Oversee ServiceNow scripting and enforce platform security best practices. - Support configuration, customization, and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD suite. - Ensure scalable and maintainable HRSD solutions across integrations and workflows. Required Qualifications - Bachelors and Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4+ years of HR experience). - Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Technology. - Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience. - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions using the HRSD framework. Technical & Functional Expertise Must have demonstrable experience in developing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow HRSD suite, including: - HR Case and Knowledge Management - HR Services and HR Case Record Producers - Request and Service Catalog Components - Employee Portal Widgets and Configurations - Virtual Agent Conversations - REST Integrations and API usage - Flow Designer workflows and automation - EDM, Employee Relations, Lifecycle Events (onboarding/offboarding) - Notifications, Surveys, Reports, and Dashboards - ServiceNow Logic, Scripting, and Security Best Practices
