Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bangalore. - The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. - Daily tasks include meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, and providing regular sales reports. - The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors. -= The Sales Manager has to manage a team of BDM and ISRs in order to achieve the targets. Qualifications - 10-12 Years Experience in sales strategy development and execution. - Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Strong relationship-building and client management skills. - Proficiency in market research and sales reporting. - Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to lead a team. - Bachelor's degree. - Experience in working as a Microsoft partner. Role Description: - This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Sales Head SMB at Xencia Technology Solutions, located in Gurugram/Bengaluru. - The National Sales Head SMB will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth of the SMB sector. - Daily tasks will include managing and mentoring the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. - The role also involves collaborating with marketing, delivery, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Qualifications: - Possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. - Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams. - Capability to develop and execute sales strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and solutions, especially Azure, Analytics&AI, and M365. - Experience in the technology or cloud industry is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
