Description: About the Role: Windowmaker Software is a global leader in software solutions for the window, door, and fa- ade industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to strengthen our global marketing presence and lead coordination between our external marketing agencies. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Windowmaker and the agencies, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns, consistent brand messaging, and measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to help drive our lead generation and brand visibility objectives. Key Responsibilities: Agency Coordination & Campaign Oversight: - Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities with external agencies. - Ensure timely communication, alignment on objectives, GTM goals, and smooth execution of campaigns and lead-generation targets. - Monitor campaign progress, performance against agreed KPIs, and ROI, ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution. - Review and approve marketing deliverables including content, creatives, ad campaigns, and reports. Digital Marketing Execution: - Oversee and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads. - Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to improve and improve SEO performance to enhance global website visibility and organic traffic. - Support marketing automation initiatives, CRM integration, and digital touchpoint optimisation. - Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure messaging consistency across all digital channels. Performance Monitoring & Insights: - Consolidate reports from agencies and internal tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness. - Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot/CRM reports to measure performance against KPIs. - Conduct A/B testing and conversion tracking to continuously optimise campaign effectiveness. - Present insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with Sales, Product, and Regional Teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and market opportunities. - Coordinate content creation for blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, and landing pages. - Support marketing initiatives such as trade exhibitions, webinars, and partner campaigns. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment. - Proven track record of managing or collaborating with external marketing agencies. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and project management ability. Desirable Skills: - Experience in lead generation and content-driven marketing for B2B audiences. - Familiarity with the construction, fenestration, or manufacturing industries. - Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS. - Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications. Job Purpose: - As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer projects and providing exceptional service to our customers. - You will oversee the coordination of internal teams to complete projects within a specified timeframe and ensure customer satisfaction. - In addition, you will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and problem resolution for our customers. Responsibilities: - Manage customer projects, completing the Discovery phase and coordinating with customers and internal teams. - Provide customer service, resolving escalated cases and ensuring timely solutions. - Log activities and ensure services are paid for. - Plan and deliver trainings for customers, acclimatizing them with Windowmaker. - Provide regular reports to management. - Oversee the Customer Support and Data team. Key Tasks: - Communicate with clients, reduce turnaround time, and assign work to resources. - Prepare productivity reports and schedule resources for service requests. - Improve processes and provide effective support to customers. - Ensure regular customer training on latest releases. - Provide technical support to sales staff and help with technical demos. - Develop reports to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables. - Identify training needs and schedule sessions. - Oversee operational duties of the customer service team. - Maintain records or tickets of all interactions with customers. - Train new employees. - Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources. - Research and implement new ways to improve the customer experience. - Implement best practices in customer service management. - Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Key Responsibilities in the role: Customer Project Management: - Ensuring that the order has all the required information and can fulfil the order in the specified timeframe. - Completing the Discovery phase. - Coordinating with the customers and the internal teams to complete the project in a timely manner. - Creating Project Plans and sending regular reports to the customers. Customer Service: - Receiving calls (whenever requested) and resolving cases escalated by the customers as well as resolving cases escalated by First Level Support. - Ensuring we provide solution within an optimal time frame. - Logging all activities against the customer account/cases. - Ensuring service is paid for. - Documenting problem and resolution using Knowledgebase Articles for quick reference/response in future. - Creating/Modifying Crystal reports. Management: - Regular daily/weekly reports to the management. Data Projects: - Analyze and create Project specifications. - Data Setup based on specifications. - Code/Release Testing and quality assurance. - Maintain standards compliance. Experience : 3-4 years. Qualification: B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science with basic computer knowledge and strong skills in MS Excel and SQL, preferably in software. Location: Vadodara. Soft Skills: - Analytical, design and troubleshooting. - Research and analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
