Preferred Industry/Domain: B2B Product / Tech / Software Work Hours: 3pm-12midnight Job Brief: We are looking for a success driven Manager who will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective. The incumbent will utilize client relationship management skills to maintain and renew existing contracts, as well as to obtain additional revenue within the assigned account workload. Take ownership of customer's operational needs and steward throughout the organization as required. What will you Do? - Own post-sales account management and communication for key accounts across the globe - Liaise with University and/or Non-University partners to build strong partnership, gather/understand their requirements and own all aspects of client satisfaction, with a focus on ensuring product success - Work closely with product teams and business disciplines as a bridge and drive the customization of VMock's offerings as per client requirements - Forecast and track key account metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES, Growth, Account Health, etc.) to derive insights and build a "success plan" with appropriately identified objectives, milestones and metrics needed to achieve them - Give product demos, explain value proposition, and manage client expectations - Develop technical domain expertise and formulate strategies to drive user engagement - Play a key role in Revenue and Retention by managing the assigned accounts and Revenue Generation by identifying cross sell/up sell opportunities and closing deals - Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, revenue, profitability, and loyalty. Drive product adoption and ensure product success - Responsible for data analysis, proper maintenance of records and preparing key reports and presentations for client deliverables and senior management - Stakeholder and Client management, with a focus on relationship building. Provide on-going support for advanced or escalated questions/issues/problems What you should have? - MBA from a top tier B-School in India or Abroad. - 3-5 years' experience in client success / customer success / key account management, preferably clients utilising business software, particularly in a web-based, SaaS environment. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure or when unexpected issues arise. - Strong interest in learning and crafting technology products and solutions - Prior experience in geographies like US or Europe preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to formulate & articulate technical, financial and value points. - Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies. - Candidates having a bent of technology with sales mindset preferred. - Ability to independently develop expertise in new emerging technologies. - Data-driven with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. - Willing to work in full capacity in evening shift (2pm-12midnight) and should be flexible with timings as per business requirements. VMock - Client Success Manager (3-6 yrs)

Job Summary: The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring that the organization hires qualified employees to meet its current and future needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. - Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and build a network of potential candidates. - Leverage job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent. - Analyse the market, salary trends and best practices of hiring - Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment - Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing timely feedback. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies to improve the recruitment processes. - Monitor and improve the offer-to-joining ratio by managing candidate expectations, maintaining communication, and addressing concerns post-offer - Develop recruitment strategies that aligns with business goals and to minimize drop-offs between offer acceptance and joining. Responsibilities: 1. Experience in segregating responsibilities-specifically, leading a dedicated new product launch team versus managing routine ticket-based operations. 2. Collaborate with other product managers to enhance and automate processes around product launches and improvements. 3. Facilitate effective communication between product teams and stakeholders regarding project updates and expectations. 4. Track all existing problems, consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams and route to the correct team for resolution 5. Work with Client Success team to understand and gather the exact client requirements, work with different internal teams to address client queries, concerns and request pre, during and post client launch 6. Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritise the work for the team as per criticality and client requirements 7. Track the product usage and present the weekly reports on usage metrics 8. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) by participating in project meetings, technical releases and testing activities. 9. Customer Insights: Analyse customer feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement and translate these insights into actionable product/process enhancements. Requirements: 1. MBA with 2+ years of work experience (MBA from a top B-school preferred) 2.
