Qualifications: - Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales management. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
