What Youll Do: - Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance. - Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies. - Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Interpret and use technical language to assess candidate qualifications and communicate effectively with stakeholders. What Youll Bring: - Demonstrated experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on R&D or engineering roles. - Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and other HR technologies. - In-depth understanding of IT recruitment trends, market challenges, and industry best practices. - Superior analytical abilities, enabling data-driven hiring decisions. - Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand and convey technical terminology. - Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Employee Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing employee relations across multiple countries, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees, and fostering a positive work environment. The successful candidate will work in deep partnership with local, market-aligned HR Managers/Directors to support business leaders in setting the right expectations for their employees.
