Role Overview: As a Business Consultant, you will play a key role in driving high-impact operational and supply chain transformation projects for leading organizations in India and abroad. You will undergo rigorous internal training and certification programs designed to build deep expertise in Vectors proprietary consulting methodologies. You will initially work closely with Senior and Lead Consultants to gain hands-on project experience. As you grow, you will independently lead consulting workstreams and manage client stakeholders across senior and middle management. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Analysis: - Collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop solution designs, conceptual models, and implementation blueprints. - Conduct diagnostic assessments to understand client business problems, constraints, and improvement potential. - Analyze process gaps, operational data, and market insights to validate solutions and prepare business cases. Stakeholder Engagement: - Conduct buy-in sessions with senior and middle management to align on project objectives, solution recommendations, and KPIs. - Build strong working relationships with client teams, ensuring seamless communication and shared ownership of outcomes. - Facilitate workshops, presentations, and review meetings with CXOs and functional heads. Project Execution & Leadership: - Manage and drive project initiatives in areas such as production, distribution, supply chain, sales, CAPEX projects, or NPD environments. - Adopt Vectors transformation methodologies to achieve tangible improvements in throughput, lead times, service levels, and inventory. - Lead cross-functional client teams, ensure adherence to timelines, and monitor implementation progress. - Solve real-time operational challenges, escalate risks, and ensure achievement of project deliverables. Change Management: - Coach and guide client teams to adopt new processes, SOPs, and workflows. - Support behavioral and cultural transformation needed for sustainable results. - Help design and institutionalize governance mechanisms and dashboards for performance monitoring. Documentation & Insights: - Prepare clear, insight-driven presentations, progress reports, and implementation trackers. - Maintain structured documentation of solution designs, implementation steps, and learnings for internal knowledge sharing. Required Competencies: Core Skills: - Strong logical and analytical thinking. - Ability to break down complex problems and data into structured solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong project management capabilities. We are looking for a Website, SEO & Paid Media Manager to take ownership of our digital presence driving visibility, engagement, and performance across our website and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will blend technical know-how with brand and marketing objectives to ensure that our website remains an effective hub for our content and brand storytelling. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role where you will be the custodian of our website ecosystem managing its structure, content, SEO health, and paid digital efforts across multiple platforms. Role & Responsibilities: - Website Management - Own the overall website ecosystem structure, functionality, and performance. - Coordinate with external website vendors for development, maintenance, and upgrades. - Ensure smooth user experience, consistent brand representation, and adherence to best UI/UX practices. - SEO & Content Optimisation - Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic, time spent and lower bounce rate. - Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and site audits. - Guide internal teams on SEO-friendly content creation and other necessary forms of on-page/off-page content creation. - Track and report on SEO performance using analytics and webmaster tools. - Paid Media Campaigns - Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google (Search & Display). - Monitor campaign performance, analyse impact of campaign in terms of objectives traffic, website engagement, etc, and optimise spends for maximum impact. - Ensure all campaigns align with brand and content marketing objectives. - Technical & Analytical Oversight - Provide technical guidance to vendors particularly around HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Laravel frameworks. - Ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented across the website. - Leverage Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital tools to track performance and recommend improvements. - Cross-functional Collaboration (Optional) - Work with internal marketing and content teams to plan publishing calendars and campaigns. - Maintain brand tone, grammatical accuracy, and content consistency across all pages. - Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure digital efforts reflect strategic priorities. Required Competencies: - Website management (maintenance and project management for new development) - Content deployment - Proven track record in running successful LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Twitter campaigns. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog. - Keeps abreast of new technologies in website design/development and maintenance and drives required change. - Proficiency in English and a keen eye for grammar.
