Role Overview Marketing Automation Specialist We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot Expert) with deep expertise in HubSpot administration, workflow automation, and CRM optimization. This role is central to ensuring seamless lead management, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration through HubSpot. As the primary HubSpot administrator, you will lead automation adoption, integrations, and optimization, enabling marketing, sales, and customer success teams to achieve maximum impact. Key Responsibilities: HubSpot Administration & Ownership: - Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, overseeing user access, permissions, platform optimization, and data integrity. - Manage setup, onboarding, provisioning/deprovisioning, and ensure smooth adoption across all departments. Workflow & Automation: - Build and refine complex workflows, sequences, and automations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. - Implement lead scoring models, pipeline automation, and customer journey optimizations to increase engagement and conversions. CRM Optimization: - Conduct audits of existing HubSpot setups, identify gaps, and implement performance, reporting, and structural enhancements. - Ensure dashboards and workflows align with evolving business and growth needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product teams to translate requirements into HubSpot-driven solutions. - Build custom dashboards and reports to track campaigns, pipeline health, and service efficiency. Integration & Data Management: - Manage and optimize integrations with Talkdesk, Slack, analytics platforms, and databases. - Ensure data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and lifecycle stage alignment for reporting and automation. Training, Support & Documentation: - Conduct training sessions and onboarding for internal teams to ensure CRM adoption and HubSpot best practices. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and configurations. - Stay ahead of HubSpot updates, beta features, and ecosystem improvements. Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM/automation. - Expertise across HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs. - Strong experience in workflow automation, lead scoring, pipeline management, and customer journey optimization. - Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and custom-coded workflows. - Strong knowledge of data segmentation, lifecycle stages, and performance tracking. - HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) are highly preferred. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - SQL, webhooks, or advanced automation knowledge is a plus. Preferred Skills (Bonus): - Experience in a digital agency or SaaS environment. - Knowledge of customer journey mapping and growth funnel optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Partnership Development: Proactively identify and engage with developers and their CRM teams to forge strategic partnerships. Your goal is to position our organization as the go-to partner for interior solutions in residential projects. - Agreement & Negotiation: Lead negotiations to sign revenue share agreements and other partnership contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for long-term collaboration. - Lead Generation & Management: Drive on-ground lead generation activities within partner projects. You will be responsible for the entire lead qualification and funnel management process, ensuring a steady stream of high-potential leads. - Lead Handoff: Ensure the timely and efficient handover of qualified leads to the sales team, providing all necessary information for a smooth conversion process. - Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developer management, project heads, and CRM teams. - Strategic Planning: Apply project-level strategic thinking to develop tailored business development plans for each residential project, maximizing our presence and revenue potential. - Data & Process Management: Maintain meticulous data management and process orientation to track lead generation, funnel performance, and partnership outcomes. - Ownership & Initiative: Take full ownership of your projects, from initial contact to successful lead conversion, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset.
