Description: About the job Position Overview Job Title: Product Manager Department: Product Location: Bangalore, India Reporting To: Group Product Manager Tookitaki is seeking a Product Manager with a minimum of 6 years of product management experience, hands-on experience in building fraud prevention solutions to join our dynamic Product team. The Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the evolution of Tookitakis AI-powered financial crime prevention platformsFinCense and the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Ecosystemworking closely with cross-functional teams and clients, particularly across the ASEAN and Greater China markets. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for shaping features, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, ensuring product-market fit, and enabling Tookitakis mission to build a trusted financial services ecosystem through real-time fraud detection and AML compliance Solutions. Position Purpose The Product Manager will drive the definition, development, and delivery of Tookitakis next- generation financial crime compliance solutions. This role ensures that client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements are accurately translated into product roadmaps and deliverables. As Tookitaki continues its global expansion, this role ensures that customer voices are heard, translated into actionable insights, and incorporated into the product strategy. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution - Define, prioritize, and deliver product features aligned with Tookitakis vision for AML and fraud prevention. - Bring hands-on experience in designing, launching, or optimizing fraud prevention products or modules, especially in the context of real-time payment ecosystems, card-not-present fraud, mule account detection, or behavioral scoring. - Manage the product backlog, roadmaps, and release plans, ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements. - Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure successful feature rollouts. Customer & Market Insights - Engage directly with customers (banks, fintechs, and regulators) across the ASEAN and Greater China regions to gather requirements, pain points, and feedback. - Analyze industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions. Requirements Gathering & Documentation - Develop clear product requirements documents (PRDs), including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create wireframes and prototypes for key product features. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. - Conduct product demos, user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, and enablement training for internal and external stakeholders. Product Launch & Post-Launch Success - Own the go-to-market readiness for product launches, working with marketing, customer success, and field teams. - Monitor post-launch performance and adoption metrics to identify areas of improvement and further iteration. Language and Regional Expertise - Support regional clients and internal stakeholders by communicating effectively. - Translate client discussions, feedback, and regulatory nuances into actionable product insights for the development team. Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS, RegTech, fintech, or compliance technology. - Prior experience engaging with clients in Asia Pacific markets, - Demonstrated hands-on experience in fraud prevention, including direct involvement in defining fraud product features, collaborating with data scientists on scoring models, or implementing real-time fraud strategies. Technical Expertise - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum processes, and modern product management tools (e.g. , Jira, Confluence, Figma). - Understanding of financial crime compliance (AML, fraud detection), AI/ML-driven products, or data platforms is a plus. - Ability to work with technical teams on API design, data pipelines, and cloud-native product architectures. Language Requirements Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. - Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across departments. - Customer-obsessed mindset, with a strong focus on delivering value through product excellence. - Excellent presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
