Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content (posts, infographics, short videos, reports, etc.) aligned with brand tone and business priorities. - Collaborate with internal teams - design, content, and leadership - to execute campaigns and maintain a consistent posting cadence. - Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and engagement across multiple LinkedIn and social media pages. - Track, analyse, and report performance KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, and lead generation metrics. - Use AI and digital tools (e.g., BuzzAbout.ai, ChatGPT, Shield, Hootsuite, or Buffer) for content optimization, trend analysis, and performance insights. - Coordinate cross-functional feedback, approvals, and market-level alignment for social initiatives. - Conceptualize creative ideas for brand campaigns, industry events, and employer branding activities. Requirements: - Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) for B2B or corporate brands. - Strong storytelling, visual communication, and coordination skills. - Experience in developing and executing content strategy across social platforms. - Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools for social media performance tracking. - Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Shield preferred. - Passion for creative storytelling, emerging technologies, and digital innovation. Manager - Social Media - Media 

TASC Outsourcing is looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join our IT & ISG team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll configuration, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across India and global landscapes. Key Responsibilities: - Configure & support SAP Payroll (India/Global) - schemas, rules, wage types & taxation - Integrate Payroll with PA, OM, Time Management, and EC - Partner with HR & Finance teams for error-free payroll cycles - Manage statutory compliance, audits & year-end activities - Handle enhancements, UAT, issue resolution & training Qualifications & Experience: - 6+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll (ECC / SuccessFactors EC Payroll) experience - Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, wage types & compliance - Experience with integration (FI, Time, Benefits) and S/4HANA / Payroll Control Centre - SAP Payroll or HCM certification preferred

POSITION: Assistant Manager REPORTS TO: Head of Internal Audit LOCATION: Bangalore, India QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: - CA/ACCA or other equivalent qualification/certification - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Internal Audits. - Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in understanding internal audit concepts and risk assessment exercises. - Competence in identifying process improvement, automation, efficiency, and cost savings opportunities. - Strong Data Analytical, Inter-personal, and Presentation Skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the Internal Audit Head in developing a risk-based Internal Audit Plan/Audit Calendar - Perform audit assignments as per the approved audit plan to identify areas of risk and assess the reliability of internal control measures as well as ensure compliance with the groups. policies and procedures - Identifying process improvement, efficiency, and automation opportunities as part of Audit Engagements/Special ad-hoc assignments - Preparing draft Audit Reports & concluding discussion with Middle Management - Support the Internal Audit Head in additional requests from Senior Management (Investigations, special projects, con-current audits, etc) - Maintaining audit documentation in line with accepted Audit Standards - Maintain documentation of agreed upon action plans for completed Audits - Ensure the quality-of-service deliverables by coordinating with key stakeholders and collecting updates of agreed action plans to track successful implementation.

Internal Auditor - KSA Reporting to: Head of Internal Audit Department: CEO Office Location: KSA Objective - The Internal Auditor will play a critical role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the organization's risk management, control, and governance processes. Reporting to the IA Head, the role requires conducting comprehensive audits across financial, operational, and compliance functions to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
