PRE Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the Managing Director. 2. Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3. Prepare and circulate MIS reports on business operations, sales, projects, and financials. 4. Develop, design, and present business presentations, reports, and proposals. 5. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. 6. Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the MD. 7. Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communications with utmost discretion. 8. Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of briefs for meetings. 9. Support the MD in strategic initiatives, business reviews, and project monitoring. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred). 2. 4-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, or related industries. 3. Strong skills in preparing MIS reports, Excel dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. 6. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. 7. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Sugee - Executive Assistant To Managing Director 

a. Deal Sourcing: Source potential deals for Redevelopment projects and outright acquisitions within the MMR region. Ensure a robust and healthy pipeline of projects b. Project Funding (Both Debt and Equity investment): Liaison with Investors, bankers, lawyers, diligence advisors, and accountants to support company fundraising efforts including preparation of marketing and fundraising collaterals. c. Deal Execution: Structure and negotiate terms of investment transactions, DA agreements, tenant meetings, and new business development as a key member of the founders office / growth and strategy team d. Project Management: Monitor and report on the performance of existing projects, identify and debottleneck issues as and when they come up e. Investment Analysis and Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive financial modelling and valuation of potential projects, detailed due diligence including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment, and prepare investment memos and presentations for the leadership, investors, co-investors, and lenders f. Market Research and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities within the real estate and infrastructure sectors. Support the development and execution of the business plan, including expansion into new asset classes and markets. g. Strong interpersonal skills: with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
