How you'll make an impact: - As Senior Product Manager, Travel Management Companies Agent, you will lead the strategic development of our product capabilities, enabling agents of various travel management companies to leverage the Spotnana platform to support and grow their business. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, and champion data-driven decision-making and innovation throughout the organization. What you'll own: - Develop product strategy that meets both customer needs and business outcomes. - Define success metrics and drive execution in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous environment. - Proactively identify opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices. - Build personalized experiences at scale using ML/AI. - Demonstrated success in engagement with engineering, UX/UI, and data science teams. - Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams to deliver delightful customer experiences. - Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and decisions, fostering alignment and driving consensus. - Excellent communication skills, updating product roadmap and progress with customers, stakeholders and leadership. Experience to bring with you: - 5+ years of experience in product management and familiarity with platform product, API integrations and ML/AI. - 2+ years of experience in the travel industry is preferred. - Experience in a data informed, agile product development setup with UX/UI, preferably in SaaS or PaaS. - Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing priorities, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives. - Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills working with stakeholders and leadership. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent practical experience. - An MBA would be a plus. - Willing and able to work in an open office environment in- Bengaluru- in a hybrid structure. - This role is not remote-eligible. Description: About The Role: We're looking for a dynamic Business Analyst with hands-on experience in the IT Software Services industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in gathering project requirements, creating functional documents (SRS, BRD), coordinating with internal teams, and driving clarity across the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document client and project requirements. - Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and client stakeholders. - Prepare and present wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma. - Manage user stories, tasks, and project tracking using JIRA. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Act as a liaison between the client and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and clarity on deliverables. - Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product demo sessions.
