Sindhuja is continuously hiring and welcomes resumes/CVs from suitable candidates. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Zonal Human Resources Professional. The Zonal HR Professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee onboarding and orientation, HR policy implementation, and employee engagement activities. The role also includes handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting performance appraisals, and facilitating training and development programs. The Zonal HR Professional will work closely with the management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals. We are looking for an experienced Zonal HR professional to join a reputed organization in Hyderabad Key Requirements: - Strong leadership and team management skills - Experience in managing HR (Talent Acquisition) across zones - Proven track record of handling HR teams effectively - HRIS & Data Management Using HR software for employee records, payroll, and analytics. - Compliance & Labor Laws Ensuring adherence to regional labor regulations and company policies. - Training & Development Organizing learning programs and career development initiatives. - Strategic & Zonal-Level Skills - HR Strategy Execution Aligning HR initiatives with zonal business goals. - Multi-location Coordination Managing HR operations across different branches or regions. - Budgeting & Resource Planning Allocating HR budgets and optimizing resource utilization. - Change Management Leading HR transitions during organizational changes. - Soft Skills & Leadership - Communication & Storytelling Clear, persuasive communication with stakeholders at all levels. - Emotional Intelligence Understanding and managing interpersonal dynamics. - Cultural Sensitivity Navigating diverse workforces across zones. - Team Collaboration Working with cross-functional teams and local HR representatives. - Proactivity & Problem-Solving Anticipating challenges and resolving them efficiently.
