Position: Manager - Sales Simplotel is looking to hire a seasoned sales leader, at a full time capacity, who can drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Lead Simplotel's efforts in new acquisition. - Ensure that the team and the organization as a whole hits revenue targets - Postulate effective strategies to drive our product into newer markets - Associate with partners to assist with lead generation - Hire, train and manage a top class team of Business Development Managers - Set targets and incentive structure for the team - Responsible for performance evaluation and appraisals - Nurture career development and aspirations of the team members - Networking e.g attend hotel summits to build a strong network in the industry - Generate leads and advice hotels on the benefits of direct booking Requirements: - Excellent networking and business development skills - Proven sales leadership experience and delivering B2B sales targets. - 5 - 10 years in sales team management and consistently delivering targets preferable in a technology space. - Engineering background and MBA are pluses but not mandatory - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Team player with team-mentoring abilities - International sales experience a plus - Hustler with willingness to travel extensively.

This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing the P&L, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to customer acquisition.Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market presence and foster long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the company's strategic objectives. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage. - Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performance sales team, setting clear expectations and reviewing progress regularly. - Achieve and exceed revenue targets by developing effective sales plans and strategies. - Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to ensure a unified sales approach. - Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. - Build and maintain relationships with key hotels and actively represent the company by participating in and presenting at conferences and industry events throughout India and neighboring countries. Requirements: - 10 - 12 years in sales preferably in consultative sales - Graduate degree in Engineering. MBA a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Solid analytic skills and good knowledge of Excel. - Proven ability to design and implement new processes. - Prior leadership and team management experience required. - Willingness to travel extensively which will also include International Travel. - Network in the hotel industry and familiarity with e-commerce is a plus.

(https://www.startupindia.gov.in/nsa2021results/travel.html) Position Digital Marketing Manager (SEO and Google Adwords): The Digital Marketing Manager position is based out of our head office in Bangalore and the specialist will own the devising and implementing of SEO and paid marketing strategies for multiple hotel customers and help them get maximum return on investment on their spends. Responsibilities: The goal of the Digital Marketing Manager will be to ensure that our customers get a good return on investment on their digital spending. The Specialist will: - Project manage and ensure that we are delivering high-quality digital marketing to our customers - Coordinate with customers to understand their business and marketing strategies - Devise a strategy and a plan to help them achieve their goals. Review the plan with the customers and get their buy-in - Implement the plan and work with internal teams to get parts of the plan implemented - Create reports on the success of the campaigns and review the performance with the customer Skills required: - Graduate degree in Engineering or Business. MBA is a plus - 2-4 years of prior account management and digital marketing experience required. Knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords, Display Ads, and social media ads is required. - This includes the ability to research keywords, identify the best ones to target - Ability to measure and report the effectiveness of campaigns well - Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to convince internal and external stakeholders.
