Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to manage General Ledger (GL) consolidation and Management Information System (MIS) reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation across multiple business units/entities and deliver insightful MIS reports for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely month-end and year-end GL closing activities. 2. Consolidate financial data from multiple business units/entities in compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS / IFRS / US GAAP). 3. Perform inter company reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions. 4. Manage and maintain chart of accounts consistency across entities. 5. Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance processes with relevant GL data. 6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. 7. Analyse variances between budgeted and actual financial results and provide commentary. 8. Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making. 9. Work closely with FPA team to align MIS with forecasting and budgeting cycles. 10. Streamline and automate consolidation and MIS processes using ERP and reporting tools 11. Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to financial policies and procedures. 12. Identify process gaps and implement improvements in reporting and consolidation practices. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting /Finance (CA) with minimum 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance. 2. Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis. 3. Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS, or US GAAP. 4. Experience with inter-company reconciliations and elimination entries. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 6. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. 7. Process improvement mindset with the ability to implement automation and controls.

Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our International Accounts function. This is a strategic and leadership oriented role requiring strong technical expertise in international accounting practices along with proven experience in managing and mentoring a mid-sized team. The role involves overseeing a team responsible for accounting entries, deferred revenue and cost recognition, monthly MIS reporting, audit support, and compliance with IFRS/IND AS and local GAAP. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Lead the international accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with global standards. 2. Oversee consolidation of global financial statements, international accounting functions and ensure compliance with local GAAP across various regions and company policies. 3. The role involves supporting the Legal and Secretarial team while working closely with the Treasury and Finance teams on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities - Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for Servify group entities under the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable international laws.
