Role Overview: We are seeking a Head Buyer & Merchandiser to lead our to own the full product lifecyclefrom trend spotting to final product going live. The ideal candidate blends strong fashion sensibility with analytical and commercial acumen, and has a sharp eye for both Indian and global trends. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of fashion retail, category management, and customer-centric planning strategies to optimize product visibility, stock movement, and market positioning. Key Responsibilities: Trend & Product Strategy: - Define the seasonal and long-term product roadmap in line with brand vision and market trends. - Track and translate emerging global and Indian fashion trends into winning product lines. Design & Buying Leadership: - Lead and mentor the design and buying teams to create trend-relevant, high-margin collections. - Oversee concept development, sampling, approvals, and product launches across jewellery and accessories. - Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiate MOQs, costs, and delivery timelines. Merchandising & Analytics: - Own range planning, assortment optimisation, and lifecycle management for 3000+ SKUs. - Use data to drive reorders, replenishments, and product retirement to maximise sell-through and profitability. - Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams on pricing and margin strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work with operations, supply chain, and marketplace teams to ensure on-time launches and inventory health. - Provide insights to growth and creative teams for campaigns and drops. Requirements: - 6-12 years of experience in fashion buying, merchandising, or product leadership in accessories, lifestyle, or apparel. - Proven ability to spot trends and build commercially successful collections. - Strong analytical and inventory-planning skills for reorders and demand forecasting. - Excellent vendor negotiation and sourcing network (domestic and international). - Demonstrated success in leading design and buying teams. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-SKU e-commerce environment. Bonus: Familiarity with technology or AI-driven product planning tools. Preferred Fashion / Apparel / Retail Industry background. Role Overview: We are seeking a candidate to own the topline for our marketplace and quick commerce channels. The ideal candidate has deep experience in high-SKU categories (fashion, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or similar) and has scaled multi-channel revenue across India. You will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and more. Ability to drive data-backed business decisions for revenue growth as well as maintain good relationship with all channel partners. Devil lies in the details: We are looking for someone who is Detail Oriented. Experience of working in unstructured environments and entrepreneurial in nature. Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue Ownership: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across marketplaces and quick commerce. - Strategy & P&L: Develop channel-wise growth strategy, pricing, assortment, and promotional plans to maximize ROI and profitability. - Account & Channel Management: Lead relationships with key marketplace and q-commerce partners; negotiate terms, campaigns, and exclusives. - Assortment & Merchandising: Optimize listings, catalog health, and in-platform discoverability for 3000+ SKUs. - Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning: Work with operations to ensure healthy inventory turns, minimal stockouts, and efficient replenishment. - Marketing & Growth Levers: Drive visibility through paid campaigns, brand stores, and joint business plans (JBPs). - Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, operations, tech, and finance to deliver on revenue and margin goals. - Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to leadership. - Team Building: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing e-commerce revenue team. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in e-commerce revenue management with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of scaling high-SKU categories (fashion, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or similar) across Indian marketplaces and quick commerce. - Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising tools, and pricing/promotional mechanics. - Ability to own P&L, including pricing strategy, discounts, and contribution margins. - Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills with marketplace/category teams. - Data-driven decision maker with expertise in Excel, analytics, and business reporting tools. - Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Bonus: Exposure to AI/automation for e-commerce or experience in fast-growth D2C brands. Role Overview: Were looking for a sharp, proactive, and analytical Business Finance Lead / Head to own P&L governance, enable data-driven decisions, and be a strategic finance partner across the organization. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment and is passionate about scaling a consumer business with financial discipline. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting - Manage the finance team to ensure accurate accounting, MIS, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, audits, ROC filings). - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting for founders and investors. - Ensure strong internal controls and financial discipline across teams. Cash Flow & Operations - Manage working capital cycles (payments, receivables, vendor terms). - Optimize treasury, banking relationships, and cash reserves. - Oversee financial processes for 40+ team members. - Help prioritize strategic spends, defer non-critical outflows, and advise on capital deployment. Requirements: - 6-10 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or controllership roles. - Prior exposure to D2C, eCommerce, or consumer brands preferred. - Strong command over P&L ownership, cost control, financial modeling, and forecasting. - Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with tools like Zoho Books, Tally, or similar is a plus. - Experience working in founder-led, high-growth startups will be a strong advantage. - High attention to detail, business acumen, and a solution-oriented mindset. - CA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
