Role Purpose: As an HR Business Partner for Tech & Product, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy and culture of our engineering and product teams. You will work closely with senior leadership, driving key talent initiatives, fostering high performance, and delivering data-driven people solutions to enable business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to Tech & Product leadership, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. - Performance & Talent Management: Lead the performance management process including annual reviews, continuous feedback, variable pay cycles, and talent calibrations. - Organizational Design: Partner with leaders to design optimal team structures, reporting lines, and future workforce plans that support scale and agility. - Coaching & Capability Building: Coach team leaders and managers to enhance leadership effectiveness, team engagement, and a culture of ownership. - Change & Transformation: Drive change management initiatives across org design, systems implementation, and cultural transformation. - Diversity & Inclusion: Collaborate with TA and COEs to drive inclusive hiring and retention strategies across tech/product verticals. - Data-Driven Decisions: Generate and analyze HR dashboards and business unit reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - HR Technology Adoption: Champion HR tech tools (e.g., OKRs, LMS, PMS) and collaborate with product/HR tech teams for seamless adoption. - Policy & Process Excellence: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to HR policies, programs, and practices for better efficiency and impact. - Project Management: Lead and execute cross-functional HR projects and interventions tailored to the needs of the Tech/Product business units. - Employee Engagement: Act as a strategic business partner by applying problem-solving skills to address employee grievances and resolve issues. Lead skip-level meetings and track engagement and sentiment metrics to implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being.

Manager - Alliances & Partnership Responsibilities: - Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and revenue growth. - Strategic Alliances & Distribution Partnerships: Identify, engage, and onboard potential partners (e.g., OTAs, travel platforms, super apps, aggregators) to integrate redBuss inventory via API and PWA solutions. - Fintech & Bank Collaborations: Partner with fintech players, banks, and payment platforms to negotiate and secure offers, cashback, and discounts that enhance user acquisition and retention. - Business API & PWA Integration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration, onboarding, and scaling of business partnerships. - Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and drive initiatives to improve conversion, adoption, and overall business impact. - Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging partnership opportunities. - Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and operations teams to enable seamless execution of partnership.

redBus - Manager - Alliances & Partnership (3-6 yrs)

Strategic Planning: - Identify and develop new market opportunities, makes recommendations based on emerging trends, opportunities and threats - Own the supply plan for the designated region in order to meet the business plan and goals. - Enable transactions from on-boarded Bus Operators - Responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization, wallet share improvement - Manages and maintains Group and Transient inventories, updated knowledge on industry trends and periodic market research. - Act as the organizations first level manager to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships with bus operators for the benefit of the organization. - Develop unique ways to grow the business with your customer and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges. Operational Efficiencies: - Manage a team across the designated geography. - Go beyond Bus Operator hygiene parameters and evangelize Bus Operator engagement through adoption of deals, RPW etc along with revenue wallet share maximisation - He / She is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of operations, sign up new bus operators and maintaining relations with the existing ones - Should be up to date with the market knowledge of intercity bus travel and ensure that all opportunities to grow rebuss wallet share are tapped. - Engage Bus operators and increase participation on redBus marketplace by effectively promoting all seller side products / platforms. - Ensure all issues pertaining to bus operators are resolved ethically and amicably - Address and resolve all escalated customer issues and continuously work towards improving NPS for the region. - Coordinate and follow up with all cross functional teams - Strengthen relationship with existing / new business partners and other relevant stakeholders.
