Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the AI business unit, fostering innovation and growth across AI products and services. - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the AI division, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities. - Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of AI specialists, researchers, engineers, and other key stakeholders. - Oversee the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-based solutions, ensuring they meet both client requirements and emerging industry trends. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the AI ecosystem to drive business development and collaboration. - Ensure financial and operational goals are met within the AI business unit, tracking performance and delivering results. - Provide thought leadership on the future of AI, staying ahead of industry trends and positioning the company as a leader in AI innovation. - Collaborate with internal teams to align AI initiatives with the company's broader business objectives and vision. - Role Overview : The Business Development Head/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to identify, pursue, and secure government IT projects. - This role requires a strategic thinker with strong knowledge of the government procurement process and proven success in developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key government stakeholders.
