Key Responsibilities Account Management & Relationship Building:- - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-suite executives in client organizations. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of IT solutions aligned with client goals. Sales Growth, New Business Development & Client Retention:- - Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within the communications sector through targeted sales outreach and cold-calling efforts. - Develop and implement account-based sales strategies for acquiring new customers while expanding business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. - Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities and accurately forecast revenue growth and connect daily with manager in UAE to accomplish goals. - Deliver business goals against defined sales targets. Industry Expertise & Solution Delivery:- - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the communications sector, including network infrastructure, cloud computing, unified communications, telecom services, and cybersecurity, to provide relevant insights to clients. - Identify how our IT solutions differentiate us in the marketplace. - Focus on new technologies including AI, Analytics and help position the company as a leader in this sector. - Guide clients in adopting our solutions that are tailored to their specific needs and objectives, whether its enhancing network performance, improving security, or enabling digital transformation. Client Engagement & Retention:- - Ensuring their needs are clearly understood and met through coordinated efforts across the organization. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing expectations, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing value through strategic solution recommendations. Market Insights & Strategic Leadership:- - Provide valuable insights to clients on emerging technologies, trends, and competitive products in the communications sector, positioning our solutions as the best choice to drive their business forward. - Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to build relationships and increase brand visibility. Skills & Qualifications:- - Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and account management, with a strong focus on enterprise accounts. - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT solutions and their application to the communications sector, including networking, cloud technologies, telecommunications, unified communications, and cybersecurity. - Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts through a consultative sales approach.

Radiant Digital - Sales Account Manager 

Key Responsibilities : - Lead cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate cost allocation and package costing. - Prepare and consolidate Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and MIS for management review and audit purposes. - Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and identify improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with hospital departments to design and implement cost-control strategies. - Estimate new package costs and evaluate pricing competitiveness while safeguarding margins. - Analyze cost drivers and recommend strategic actions to increase profitability. - Manage billing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely revenue recognition. - Track and report key financial metrics: EBITDA, PAT, ROI on procedures/equipment, ARPOV. - Support month-end and year-end closing in line with statutory and internal requirements. - Oversee audit compliance and ensure timely submission of reports. Skills & Competencies : - Strong expertise in Healthcare Cost Accounting and Hospital Billing Management. - Proficiency in MIS preparation, data analysis, and financial consolidation. - In-depth understanding of cost drivers in the healthcare sector. - Advanced knowledge of audit compliance and statutory requirements. - High proficiency in MS Excel and hospital ERP/financial software. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work under tight deadlines. Preferred Candidate Profile : CA/ Cost Accountant /MBA with 14+ years of hospital/healthcare finance experience

Duties and responsibilities: - Creating sales strategies to achieve organizational goals - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients - Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients for bulk order opportunities across various industries. - Develop customized proposals and presentations for corporate clients to meet their bulk ordering needs. - Promote the company's products addressing or predicting clients' objectives - Developing relationships with potential customer. - Lead negotiations for bulk orders, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. - Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize corporate partnerships and increase order volume. - Provide ongoing support and service to corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Monitor and track order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries for bulk orders. - Stay up-to-date on competitors (SWOT analysis) and market offerings to provide superior value to corporate clients. - Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of bulk orders. - Provide regular reports on partnership progress, sales performance, and growth opportunities to senior management. - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Analyzing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing and sales strategies - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players. Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or corporate sales, ideally with a focus on bulk order or B2C sales. - BSc/BA in business administration, MBA, sales or relevant field - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients. - Solid understanding of sales strategies, market research, and lead generation. - Ability to manage large-scale orders and coordinate with various departments to fulfil client needs. - Sound understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals and tactics - Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
