Associate - CEO's Office Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient assistant to provide specialized support to our CEO. This role requires the ability to analyze complex data alongside support to the CEO. Role & Responsibilities: Technical Support: 1. Assist the CEO in managing technical projects, from initiation to completion. 2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects. 3. Track project progress and report on key performance indicators. Data Analysis: 1. Collect, organize and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. 2. Develop data visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Technical Documentation: 1. Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical reports, and process flow diagrams. Project Support: 1. Provide support for special projects as assigned by the CEO. 2. Conduct research and compile information as needed. 3. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports. Executive Communication: 1. Prepare business reviews and investor decks. 2. Follow up Orientation: 3. Implement action-tracking systems for the CEO office. Operational Grounding: 1. Coordinate with plant teams and vendors for project timelines Quantitative evidence: 1. Reduce report turnaround time by 30%, and built a robust dashboard to track KPIs. Ownership: 1. Drive special projects in supply chain optimization / digitalization 2. Cross-functional exposure 3. Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations to track KPIs for CEO review. 4. Consolidate weekly performance reports from business heads. Confidential Matters: 1. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree with a pleasing personality. 2. MBA in any specialization 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience. 4. Preferred knowledge of textile machinery, including TFO, weaving, and dyeing. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 6. Strong organizational and time management skills. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Strong attention to detail. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 11. Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed. 12. Experience in the textile manufacturing industry is preferred.

Business Development & Client Acquisition (Exports): 1. Independently identify, research, and target potential international clients for Christmas crafts and everyday living home textiles. 2. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to generate new business leads and expand market share in key export regions. 3. Initiate and build strong relationships with prospective clients through various channels industry events, trade shows, and networking. 4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities. 5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements. 6. Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction. 7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for export markets. Merchandising & Product Development Support (Exports): 1. Act as a crucial link between the client, sales, and design/production teams for export orders. 2. Understand and interpret client briefs, design specifications, and quality requirements for new and existing products. 3. Provide market insights and feedback to the design teams to ensure product offerings are competitive and aligned with international trends and buyer preferences for Christmas crafts and home textiles. 4. Manage the sampling process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications and quality standards. 5. Monitor production progress for export orders, proactively addressing any potential delays or quality issues. 6. Ensure all product documentation, packaging, and labeling comply with international regulations and client requirements. 7. Participate in product development meetings, contributing ideas for new collections and product enhancements based on market demand. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Textile Design, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or merchandising preferably within a manufacturing company, 3. Proficient in market research, sales forecasting, and data analysis. 4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is a plus. 5. Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client relationships. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product information and negotiate effectively. 7. Strong ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. 8. Willingness to travel internationally for factory visits as required. 9. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Working days: Monday to Saturday Location: Mumbai
