Role: Senior Account Manager - Net New Business Experience: 12 to 15 years Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad Job Description: Role Overview: We are expanding our Digital Transformation business and looking for a Senior Account Manager - Net New Business to drive enterprise growth across key markets. This role requires strong hunting capabilities, deep understanding of enterprise customers, and the ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise customer acquisition. - Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. - Build and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline. - Create strong value propositions and align solutions to customer business objectives. - Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements. - Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams for seamless execution. - Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records. What We're Looking For: - 12 to 15 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales. - Proven success in hunting and new business acquisition. - Strong background in solution selling across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, or Managed Services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and drive results in fast-paced environments. - Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales execution. - Strong analytical thinking and business acumen. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Prior experience managing enterprise accounts or strategic deals within IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, or Managed Services.
