Job Description: - Manage procurement and suppliers for instruments, IT equipment, and components. etc. - Handle negotiations and contracts for administrative and facility maintenance needs. - Use advanced negotiation skills to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. - Lead major procurement projects to secure competitive pricing and supply chain stability. - Understand import/export customs procedures. - Help optimize procurement processes and KPIs. - Work with cross-functional teams on category management and procurement strategies. Requirement: - Degree or above in supply chain, business, finance, or related fields. - At least 6 years of procurement and supply chain experience; experience with instruments, IT equipment, and components is a plus. - Strong negotiation, market assessment, cost analysis, and stakeholder management skills; able to work independently.
