Manager - Procurement Description: Maximus India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective procurement of goods and services, managing third-party risk assessments, and scaling our procurement operations to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, vendor management, contract negotiations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: - Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with Maximus India's business goals. - Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Scale the procurement function to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Vendor Management: - Conduct thorough third-party risk assessments of vendors to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to achieve the best value for the company. Contract Management: - Review and manage contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). - Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements. - Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. - Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate procurement risks. Operational Excellence: - Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Utilize procurement software and tools to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making. - Monitor market trends and industry best practices to keep the procurement function competitive.

Maximus - Manager - Procurement 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. - Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year end close. - Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. - Handle various reconciliation processes. - Assist the Financial Operations Director with daily banking requirements. Including recording cash receipts. - Apply customer payments to corresponding invoices in the cash receipts module.- Ensure the monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner. - Collaborate with the other Finance Department managers and supervisors to support overall department goals and objectives. - Respond to inquiries from the Financial Operations Director and other finance and project wide managers. - Work with Financial Operations Director to ensure accurate monthly and annual audits. - Support the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met. - Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. - Support the Financial Operations Director with special projects and workflow process improvements. - Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. - Prepare general ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, monthly and annual audit preparation. - Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management

Maximus - Analyst - Accounting - General Ledger 

- Assist in the creation and development of training materials and curriculum under the guidance of senior team members. - Develop eLearning modules, videos, job aids, and other digital content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms. - Maintain and update training resources to reflect current systems and tools used in daily operations. - Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand training needs and support the development of effective learning solutions. - Support the development of assessment tools to measure learner progress and training effectiveness. - Participate in the review of training modules to ensure consistency and alignment with work instructions. - Gather feedback from the training team to help improve individual and team performance. - Assist in evaluating and updating existing training programs based on feedback and performance data. - Provide support to the Training Manager and team on various projects and initiatives across multiple programs.
