Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities - Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce projects. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. - Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. - Use and continually develop leadership skills. Qualifications - Bachelor's /Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager or in a similar role. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. - Extensive experience with Salesforce and related technologies. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
