Role Description: - This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. - The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. - Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, pitching solutions tailored to client needs, and negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets. - The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the growth and strategy of the organization. Qualifications: - Business Development and Sales skills, such as prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing. - Relationship Management and Client Communications skills to foster strong collaborations and manage client expectations. - Market Research and Analytical skills to identify business opportunities and understand market trends. - Strategic Planning and Organizational skills to manage sales pipelines and execute business growth strategies. - Experience with eCommerce, software development, AI, or related technologies is a strong advantage. - Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
