Chartered Accountant Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations. - Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory norms. - Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements. - Handle internal and statutory audits, coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities. - Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis. - Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning. - Lead and guide the finance and accounts team ensuring timely and accurate closings. - Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial planning and decision-making. - Review and finalise Balance Sheets, P&L, and other statutory reports. - Oversee quarterly and annual results preparation, including notes and disclosures for publication. - Liaise with auditors on key audit issues, resolutions, and non-routine matters including transitions to new accounting standards. - Supervise the filing and review of annual Income Tax Returns (ITRs) with consultants. - Manage tax assessments, submissions, and brief reviews with consultants. - Ensure timely and accurate compliance for GST, TDS, and ROC filings. - Coordinate and review board meeting agendas, minutes, and corporate disclosures. - Handle corporate compliance and reporting for subsidiary companies. Key Skills & Competencies : - Experience in a Listed or Public Limited Company is strongly preferred. - In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation laws, and corporate finance. - Hands-on experience with ERP systems like Tally ERP, SAP, or Oracle. - Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities

B2B Sales Manager Key Responsibilities - Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B partnerships with educational institutions, consultancies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. - Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. - Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction and collaboration. - Lead negotiations and manage sales agreements/contracts. - Develop sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to institutional clients. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless services and meet client needs. - Maintain accurate sales records and reports for review and analysis. - Participate in industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to build brand presence and expand connections. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Min. 3-5 years in B2B Sales (experience in the education or EdTech sector is a strong plus). Skills: - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities - Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales KPIs - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales analytics - Willingness to travel as required
