Zygal is looking for a Sr Solution Architect / Pre-Sales member of its growing team. The role contributes to the business by being responsible for the technical aspects of the sales cycle, transmitting knowledge and information about Zygal Products & Solutions to its partners, consultants & end users. As holder of the position, he/she will be responsible for providing pre sales & technical consulting support to partners/end users etc. This involves preparing response to enquiries/RFPs/RFIs, providing proof of concepts/demos and engaging with partners & customers for designing the optimum solutions. More specifically the work will involve but not be limited to the below: At all-time support and work in close conjunction with sales team. - Making customers visits together with sales team, conducting technical workshops, advising best solution & architecture, product demonstrations & PoCs etc. - Supporting the sales organization in tender and RFP/RFQ process and answering project related questions. - Continuously keep the technical knowledge up to date on the latest products - Work with the central product organization and develop written pre-sales material of technical nature. - Helping sales organization & partners to increase knowledge about Zygal product portfolio. - Conducting partner trainings/solution seminars etc. to increase awareness & knowledge transfer. - Follow-up on set KPI's related to the function and offer a contribution to reach the target. Since this role targets two industries (telecom and cloud), below are more key words to look at. For Telecom: The candidate should have worked within OSS, BSS, Solutioning. For Cloud: The candidate should have worked in cloud solutioning. Required qualifications: - 1. Engineering graduate (BE/BTECH) in computer science/equivalent 2. Minimum 5 to 10 years+ of experience in pre-sales/solution designing/product support for similar products and mentioned industry 3. Minimum experience of 6 years in designing cloud-based SaaS products & solutions. 4. Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies and telecom industry 5. Experience in Video Security & Surveillance Industry will be an added advantage.
