Role Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the overall product vision, strategy, and execution. This is a leadership role responsible for shaping the long-term product roadmap, scaling product capabilities, and driving measurable business impact across consumer and platform products.

You will work closely with the founding team and senior leadership to align product strategy with company goals, while leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer success. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives in fast-growing environments and enjoys building products used by millions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

- Define and own products long-term product vision and strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.

- Translate company goals into a clear, prioritized product roadmap across web and mobile platforms.

- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

- Drive strategic product decisions around platform scalability, monetization, and ecosystem partnerships.

End-to-End Product Leadership

- Lead the full product lifecycle - from discovery and ideation to delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.

- Set high standards for product discovery, PRDs, user stories, and success metrics.

- Balance short-term execution needs with long-term architectural and product vision.

- Own prioritization decisions across multiple product initiatives and teams.

Customer & Market Insight

- Champion a deep, data-driven understanding of users, their behaviors, and pain points.

- Leverage qualitative research, quantitative insights, and feedback loops to inform product direction.

- Track industry trends in auto-tech, mobility, compliance, and digital consumer platforms.

- Anticipate regulatory, technological, and behavioral shifts impacting the automotive ecosystem.

Cross-Functional & Team Leadership

- Act as the primary product leader collaborating with engineering, design, data, marketing, and support teams.

- Provide clear direction, context, and decision-making to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

- Mentor and coach product managers (if applicable), building strong product culture and best practices.

- Partner with marketing and growth teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Performance, Metrics & Business Impact

- Define and track product success metrics (activation, engagement, retention, revenue, NPS, etc.).

- Use data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

- Regularly present product strategy, progress, and impact to founders and senior stakeholders.

- Ensure product initiatives directly contribute to company growth and user satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

Core Requirements

- 6+ years of product management experience, including leadership of consumer-facing or large-scale tech products.

- Proven ability to define product vision and execute at scale in high-growth environments.

- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.

- Deep experience working with Agile development teams and modern product tools (JIRA, Notion, Figma, etc.).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience leading products across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.

- Strong data orientation with experience using analytics tools such as GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

- Familiarity with automotive, mobility, RTO systems, insurance, fintech, or compliance-driven domains.

- Prior experience in startups or scale-ups is a strong plus.
