
Senior Manager Legal and Compliance - will oversee all legal, regulatory, statutory, and compliance functions, ensuring effective risk mitigation across business verticals. The role requires strong expertise in contract management, legal advisory, statutory compliance and M&A support.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory & Documentation - Provide legal counsel and manage drafting/review of contracts, agreements, notices, and documentation.
- Corporate Governance - End to end board governance and corporate secretarial management.
- Multi-regulatory stakeholder management ensuring strategic relationships with regulators.
- Compliance Management - Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (Companies Act, labor laws, filings) and coordinate with auditors/authorities.
- Contract Management - End to end contract lifecycle management: drafting, review, negotiation and execution across diverse agreement types.
- Dispute & Litigation Coordination: Liaise with external counsels, manage litigation/arbitration matters, and maintain legal MIS.
- M&A Support: Assist with due diligence, transaction documentation, and regulatory submissions for M&A and corporate restructuring.
