Job Title: Zonal Training Manager

Department: PMT (Learning & Development)

Location: Delhi/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad /Kolkata/ Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 8 years in a managerial role, with at least 1 year in training & development (pharma industry preferred)

Age Bracket: 35-45 years

Job Purpose:

- Build a strong leadership pipeline by developing FLMs through coaching, skill-based training, and on-the-job learning to drive performance, people growth, and cultural alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach FLMs to build strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities through regular field support.

- Identify training needs using field insights, structured assessments, and business discussions.

- Design and deliver impactful modules tailored to business goals and adult learning principles.

- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure training is practical, aligned with market realities, and drives performance.

- Evaluate training impact using feedback and performance metrics, while promoting digital learning and reinforcing Mankind's people values.
