Sales Head - North/West Dental Division | Pharma Company

Job Purpose:

Lead the Dental Divisions sales strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, and overall field-force performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales, revenue, profitability and market share for the Dental Division.

- Develop and execute national sales strategies and business plans.

- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team/field force.

- Build relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals and KOLs.

- Drive product launches, brand promotion and prescription generation.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and sales performance.

- Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain and Finance teams.

- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
