Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager for Micro LAP. This role is essential in driving the growth of our loans against property offerings, ensuring that our services reach and empower individuals, SMEs, and businesses.

Candidate Details

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Micro LAP segment.

- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

- Identify and create new business opportunities by building strong relationships with clients, thereby expanding the customer base.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to devise promotional strategies and enhance customer experience.

- Implement training programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge among the sales team.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability to drive results.

- Regularly assess the team's performance and provide constructive feedback to foster an environment of continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all aspects of operations.

Education, Experience and Skillset

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.

- Strong understanding of financial products, specifically loans against property.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Experience in managing and leading high-performance sales teams.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
