About the Role:
- As an Area Manager - Student Living (Sales & Supply), you will play a pivotal role in expanding Zolos Student Living footprint.
- The role focuses on two key areas - Sales (Occupancy Growth) and Supply (Property Acquisition) aimed at driving revenue and strengthening Zolos presence in key student housing markets.
- You will be responsible for achieving cluster occupancy targets, generating leads, building partnerships, and acquiring new properties.
- The role demands strong networking, negotiation, and market-mapping skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth across assigned student housing properties.
- Convert leads through local outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market mapping, identify student clusters, and drive targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to execute city-level promotional activities.
- Track conversion ratios, site visit performance, and monthly occupancy trends.
- Build long-term relationships with institutional partners, universities, and student communities to boost brand visibility and demand.
Supply:
- Scout and evaluate potential student housing properties that meet Zolos standards.
- Generate leads through brokers, developers, and direct owner connections.
- Negotiate commercials, finalize agreements, and ensure a seamless onboarding of properties.
- Maintain a healthy supply pipeline based on forecasted demand.
- Liaise with legal, onboarding, and central operations teams for post-acquisition handovers.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams during property acquisition and launch stages.
- Share ground-level insights to refine pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the city and central teams to ensure smooth transition of new properties into live operations.
