This is not a ticketing job. Youll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to:

What Youll Do:
- Run onboarding + ongoing success for our top enterprise accounts
- Solve problems fast, sometimes before the customer sees them
- Influence product roadmap through real customer insights
- Track health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
- Partner with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays
- Build CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch
- Build processes using AI.
