Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager / Chief of Staff to partner closely with our leadership team. This role is designed for early-career professionals (1-3 years post-MBA experience) who want to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, gain exposure to senior leadership, and drive high-impact projects across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team, supporting decision-making and execution of key business priorities.

- Drive and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Structure and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met.

- Prepare executive updates, business reviews, presentations, and communication for leadership forums.

- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to support business strategy.

- Serve as a liaison across teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

- Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA from a premier institute with 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Program Manager, Chief of Staff, Strategy Associate, or similar role.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- High ownership, adaptability, and execution-focused mindset.
