In this role, you will support strategic initiatives, assist in evaluating potential acquisitions, and contribute to the seamless execution of transactions. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build expertise in M&A and corporate strategy. What You'll Do: Initial Evaluation of M&A Targets: - Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities. - Assist in analyzing competitive landscapes and business synergies. - Support the team in initial outreach to shortlisted targets. - Help prepare pitch decks and reports for internal decision-making. Execution of M&A Transactions: - Assist in the due diligence process, including financial, operational, and legal assessments. - Support financial modeling and valuation exercises. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction execution. - Contribute to detailed transaction reports and presentations.
