The Opportunity

We're looking for an Account Executive who thrives in startup chaos, loves talking to customers, and is excited about selling value not just software.

You'll own named accounts, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with cross-functional teams to close deals and scale revenue. This role has high visibility and direct impact on company growth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own end-to-end SaaS sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closure

- Build and consistently grow a healthy pipeline of opportunities

- Engage stakeholders across levels from founders and CXOs to end users

- Create custom proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations

- Run consultative discovery conversations to uncover real customer problems

- Track customer, market, and competitor insights and feed them into strategy

- Become a product expert and confidently position ZenTrades against competitors

- Follow up on inbound leads and previous demo show-ups with urgency

- Support onboarding and handoff to ensure customer success post-close

- Identify new partnerships and sales channels

- Share learnings, experiments, and insights with the broader sales team

What We're Looking For

- 4-8 years of consultative B2B sales experience

- Strong exposure to SaaS sales (preferred)

- Experience selling to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

- Proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle

- Familiarity with strategic selling methodologies

- Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, or tech-enabled platforms

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving startup environments
