Responsible for Outcomes

1) Development and strengthening of culture ( zeno leader practices), to make Zeno Health best place to work and employer of choice

3) Fulfilling the annual HR goals (OKRs) to meet business objectives

4) Efficient and effective HR processes and policies

5) Drive high performance in teams and organization

6) Build a long-lasting relationship with employees

7) Develop HRBP team to fulfill the HR OKRs

Deliverables:

1) Oversee overall day-to-day HRBP operations which includes onboarding, offboarding, engagement, events , performance management, rewards and recognition and grievance management

2) Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in HRBP processes

3) Coaching and mentoring people managers to drive engagement and high performance

4) Manage the performance review and improvement cycle of employees

5) Partner with key stakeholders on various HR related matters such as budgeting and workforce planning

6) Partner with Business Leaders to shape a people strategy(hiring, engagement and development) that aligns and moves Zeno towards continued growth, innovation and improvement

7) Continually audit and monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures

8) Driving a positive employee experience throughout their lifecycle

9) Partner with Legal on employment and contractual requirements

What you will do day to day :

1) Daily morning stand ups to overview the team outcomes and actions

2) Helping and engaging with team to deliver outcome

3) Stakeholder connects at a defined frequency

4) Connecting with employees at a defined frequency

5) Sprint planning - a monthly or fortnight outcome planning for HR key results/initiatives

6) Deep work related to improvement or insight gathering for creation of impactful projects

Experience you need to do the job:

1) 8-10+ years of experience of driving HRBP operations with growth stage organization ( retail, D2C, banks )

2) Worked with face paced /growth stage company and have done setup of work

3) Have stability or have taken atleast 1-2 level raise (Min 4-5 years stability)

4) Have hands on experience with retail and corporate functions

5) Managed multiple teams across geographies

Skills

1) Project management

2) Ability to coach

3) Understanding of HR systems and processes

4) Demonstrate the implementation of HR policy and processes seamlessly
