Top 3 Responsibilities: 1) Strategy: As an IC, develop and execute Growth Strategies to grow omnichannel customer base, reduce regrettable churn rates, and increase resurrection rates by analysing qualitative, quantitative, and competitive data; Growth Strategies that identify & validate the top blockages/opportunities and unblock/unlock them via steady-state Growth Programs. 2) Execution: Drive the end-to-end cross-functional execution of these Growth Programs by collaborating with various teams and influencing them into action persistently, despite absence of formal authority. 3) Storytelling: Tell quant & qual stories w.r.t. these problems and programs to various teams and stakeholders for feedback, iteration, & improvement.
