MAKING DECARBONIZATION A REALITY.

Mission:

The main objective of this position will be lead all legal teams initiatives in connection to all litigations faced by the company.

Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing all regulatory, contractual, and commercial disputes;

- Advising on regulatory developments and representing company before regulatory authorities;

- Advising and handling all land related litigation;

- Advising internal teams to resolve any potential disputes arising out of contractual obligations; and

- Maintaining MIS of all ongoing litigations.

Job Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum disputes experience of 8-10 years with stints in both law firms and corporates.

- Skills: (a) High level of autonomy; (b) Proactive attitude; and (c) Specific exposure to closure of disputes.
