Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand their data needs. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's data sources and systems to extract relevant data for reporting purposes. - Design and build visually appealing and interactive reports using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce Reports, Tableau, and other reporting platforms. - Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance in reports. - Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to drive data-driven decision-making. - Develop and implement data visualization best practices to enhance the usability and effectiveness of reports. - Monitor and track report performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. - Provide training and support to end-users on report generation, interpretation, and utilization. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data visualization and reporting. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered. - Proven experience (4-7 years) in developing and analyzing reports using tools like Power BI, Salesforce Reports, Tableau, or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. - Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data warehouse architectures. - Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts and methodologies. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment. - Experience with data integration, data cleansing, and ETL processes is a plus. - Certification in relevant reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
