Job Description Key Responsibilities Supervise shows assigned to achieve TRP targets : - Supervise and guide the Executive Producers and the production team in developing non fiction concepts in line with the and channel vision. Provide constant stimulus to the team with respect to consistent spikes in the script. - Ensure shows are impactful and USP of shows are maintained throughout. - Keeping track of competition . Reviews with the production house:&nbsp; - Review the quality of shows conceptualised and produced (viewer response, rating etc.) - Take creative decisions to improve content development.&nbsp; - Develop a mutually beneficial relationship with talented artistes, producers and directors.&nbsp; Strategize with the research, marketing and promo teams to ensure time spent:&nbsp; - Coordinate with the research team to conduct periodic consumer research to understand views and markets. - Evaluate the inputs received from Market Research to enhance the viewership of existing shows - Finalising briefs for the marketing team to ensure effective communication in line with the story line for both launch and sustenance. - Finalise the inputs to be given for Marketing team for any BTL activities to be planned synergistic with high points. - Finalising briefs to be shared with promo team to ensure high points are promoted and brought out effectively. Budget allocation and cost optimization:&nbsp; - Ensure optimum utilization of costs for every serial on the channel which is well within the allocated budget. Smooth Channel Operations:&nbsp; - Review banking of episodes. Review the production team edits of episodes creatively and effectively to avoid delays Team development:&nbsp; - Evaluate the strengths of the Executive Producers and map them to the relevant shows while providing creative supervision to the team for all the shows. - Create a healthy competitive environment within the team.
